This can be attained through exercising, proper nutrition, healthy relationships, as well as other healthy decisions.
Perform.
This can be in relation to sports, events, or individual goals. This can be accomplished through performance training which can include sport specific conditioning, strength endurance, flexibility, stability, and maximal strength.
